How much will my replacement door or replacement windows project cost?

Our windows and doors are all specifically designed and custom-made for your home, meaning no two projects are alike. Our broad spectrum of products make it nearly impossible to discuss pricing without first understanding your needs and the project results you envision. Due to this nature, we find it mutually beneficially to send out a Pella sales representative who can provide you with a quoted project price after seeing the project site itself. To accelerate the process, your Pella® sales representative is prepared with a computer and a portable printer so that they can give you all the quote information you’ll need—as soon as the sales representative has a chance to consider the requirements of the project and aligns them with your vision.

In addition to offering a large variety of high-quality products to pick from, we also have a generous offering of payment and finance options. Pella is uniquely-suited to offer you excellent window and door products at affordable prices, providing you with a chance to make the home improvements you want to while building great value into your Raleigh area home while you do it.

Can I paint my vinyl windows?

The benefit of Pella's® vinyl windows is that you won’t have to. The windows can be customize to the color your want. We do not recommend painting your vinyl products, as this will terminate your warranty. Some paint companies say that their paint can work on vinyl, but it could destroy your windows if the wrong paint is applied or done incorrectly.

What should I use to clean my glass windows?

We suggest that you use a prepackaged vinegar-based cleaning mixture or use an ammonia-free glass cleaner such as Windex or Sparkle. You can also mix your own with one part vinegar to ten parts water. Put the solution on a soft, clean microfiber cloth or paper towel. We do not suggest using glass cleaners that are ammonia- or alcohol-based as they could form streaks or create a film that draws moisture and dust.

We require them to complete a carefully crafted set of training courses so that your windows and doors are correctly installed and meet Pella’s strict warranty criteria.
